① The fine chemical industrial park development
The park is close to the Changjiang River, lean against the riverine superhighway , and covers an area of 186.667 hectares. The park has already signed more than ten chemical project agreements of 1.26 billion Yuan RMB with Jiang Shan Agricultural Chemistry Company and other of enterprises. This project lays particular emphasis on the infrastructure construction of the park, and the gross investment of the project is about 100 million Yuan RMB. The investment repayment is to return the local fiscal revenue, which is got from enterprises of entering this area in some years, and part of enterprises’ land rent. The investment profit is steady.
②The new material industrial park
The park covers an area of 40 hectares, regards products , such as existing little stainless steel , the grid of glass fibre and electric capacity membrane ,etc. as the backing , introduces new industry , fund and advanced technology in a more cost-effective manner , develops the new material and extending or related foreign-exchange earning product, and forms industry's characteristic and scale merit. The economic development zone of Rugao offers convenient services for the investors.
